Cherry, tarty, funky, jamy, dark fruit, acid nose. Flavor is moderate sour, tarty, funky, thick, oaky, balanced, cherry, jamy, rounded, sourish slight dry cherry ending. Body is medium, texture is oily, lively carbonation.

Похоже, что выдержка сделала совсем мягким и нежным. Почти нет уксуса, очень ровный, но сложности никакой нет, просто приятная вишня

Couleur rouge un peu sale. Nez funky et légèrement boisé de griottes et noyaux. Goût acidulé de cerises foncées, léger funk boisé, finale tart semi-sèche. Très loin de ce que j'ai goûté en format 750ml en 2018.
