I failed to keep this bottle for as long as I planned, but it is ace. Dry, softly funky and without any bottle-ageing off notes. Just all mellow and delightful.

(2016) W zapachu zielone winogrona, jabłka, białe wino, skóra, stare drewno i odrobina kiszonki. W smaku wytrawne, dość kwaśne, lekko cierpkie, sporo winogron, białego wina, tarniny, jabłek, w tle nuty dzikie i taniczne. Niska goryczka, wysokie co2. 4.0

This hasn’t done that well in the bottle, but is still great. It’s dry as a bone and surprisingly soft, but has a touch of ‘I’ve been in the bottle too long’ funk and ashiness. I’ll keep the other bottle I have for a while to see if that goes away.
