This hasn’t done that well in the bottle, but is still great. It’s dry as a bone and surprisingly soft, but has a touch of ‘I’ve been in the bottle too long’ funk and ashiness. I’ll keep the other bottle I have for a while to see if that goes away.

Mellow, refreshing, grassy and herbal. Fruity, earthy and some vegetable bitterness.
