09/10/2021, flesje (4j oud). Mooie zurige appelbrettgeur. Lichtzure smaak, maar ook zoete toetsen, alles is mooi uitgebalanceerd en dat geeft een mooie, ronde smaak. Bitter, maar niet droog. Een echte delicatesse.

Ma sì, apriamola che ce l’ho da un po’ e mi scade: ah, sarebbe a fine feb 2040… vabbè, ormai è fatta. Corpo e carattere decisamente vinoso, legnosa, non particolarmente gasata nè così acida, neppure dolce, anzi; e l’alcol c’è, mica poco, però è imboscato.
