Encore.un peu verte , des notes d'agrumes , de bois et une légère âcretée..légère touche acide. Bue avec un tartare de thon maison avec de la pomme verte, ça match bien .

Funky nose. More subdued than the other beers. More muddy and flavors less distinct. The apple is not that sour either and there is a citrus zest character.

Fijne citroenfunk. Het is natuurlijk niet de meest complexe Geuze maar prijs kwaliteitstechnisch haast niet te verslaan

Echt wel weer een heel fijn slokje om te slobberen. Mooi dat het toch nog zonnig is.

Stabil gueze. Mycket syrlig grön äpple och mild eftersmak. Inte mycket till mobilröntgen eller andra osteit frågeställningar. Lättdrucket och trevligt. Kanske lite färsk fortfarande

Sharp and grapefruity on first taste with a tart finish. Quite smooth for a spontaneously fermented beer, not overly sour.

Sparky, juicy, sour, but much more in a orchard fruits kinda vibe with a bit of funk. This is very drinkable and the sourness is gloriously balanced.

Кроме этикетки - все так же, как и раньше. Легко, чуть водянисто, вкусно и душисто.
