Aflevering 43(?). Aan het begin was deze serie nog wel leuk, maar ik verlies nu wel snel m'n aandacht. Wel leuk dat er nu een nieuw personage is, maar ik vond die andere beter. Ik hoop toch dat dit programma binnenkort afloopt.

Tasted for Bapas: Smooth sourness balanced out by a dry finish. Definite notes of brett, apple, peach and lemon. Long lingering aftertaste.

Мой второй гёз. Этот помоложе и попроще. Аромат слабый, кисловатый. Во вкусе перекос в кисло-горькую терпкость, жестковато.

Brett yeast taste. Sour beer with a mix of medior aged and old lambic. Boon is one of the main breweries of Lambic style beers in the region of pajottenland (Belgium). This beer represents the classic taste of old geuze.

Funky, musty aroma with a hint of salt & oak. Sour, tart, high carbonation. Light/medium body. Sour back end. Hint of wet cardboard (oxidation?). Dryish finish. Interesting, but not my favourite lambic.
