Nelson Sauvin Brut 2020 Beer

Funky, fruity and not for everyone but I see the merit in this. The malt takes over for me though and results in the differing tastes competing. A delicate Berliner Weisse maybe better suited?

Wow. This is mouth wateringly sour with a very delicate light fruit - the definition of a perfect B-Weisse!

Funky barrel aged taste but the fruit was fantastic! Nice and sour. Strong but didn't come across as heavy. Great stuff.

This is lovely! With Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic this beer was always going to be a winner. Soft and juicy to boot, very crushable and easy drinking.
