Sour but not tart, citrusy. Not too dry, round , very funky

What a superb beer. A great reminder of being able to visit Belgium. Better than Champagne to celebrate the new year.

Bottle. I dont know why the first sip of gueze hits bits of my palate that no other beer hits, but also yum. Very solid and very reasonable, here.

Brett yeast taste. Sour beer with a mix of medior aged and old lambic. Boon is one of the main breweries of Lambic style beers in the region of pajottenland (Belgium). This beer represents the classic taste of old geuze.

Сначала кажется, что избыточно кислотное, но раздышалось - и земляника, и груша, и какая-то маракуйя что ли. Цедра, конечно же.
