Gold colour with a white head. Smell of yellow banana sweets. Taste is extremely drying bitterness, tart fruits like an extremely dry cider. Very complicated palette. Medium-high effervescence with medium body.

Bottle. I dont know why the first sip of gueze hits bits of my palate that no other beer hits, but also yum. Very solid and very reasonable, here.
