0,2. Dufter som traktordekk i våronna på Jæren. Relativt sur og bitter smak, altså bittersur. Sitrusfrukter. En "rå" lambic som ikke er blandet med noe. Interessant.

sour hay, then more citrusy thing. Quite a pleasant sour, enough bite but drinkability as well

Eye wateringly tart nose. Oak, vanillin, loads of old leather and ethyl-acetate like varnish aromas in there. Very reminiscent of medium sweet cider. Huge acid content. There’s a sort of corky thing there as well. There’s a dryness to the finish.
