Tart and rich with an array of sour fruit notes. A fairly dry and tart finish

There's a delicate softness to the sour in this beer texture wise I'm putting forward the term pillow/cloud sour, this is not to say it's not sour, just that the farmyard elements the hay sweetness & it's density cushion the tartness without detracting
