There's a delicate softness to the sour in this beer texture wise I'm putting forward the term pillow/cloud sour, this is not to say it's not sour, just that the farmyard elements the hay sweetness & it's density cushion the tartness without detracting

Pomme au nez, fruit vert et agrume en bouche, astringence, légère acidité et douceur longue en bouche. Délicieuse gueuze, très équilibrée, à déguster.

750ml BC. Excellent smooth, complex, fruity gueuze with decent funk and great acidity. OST - ‘Emotion’ by Samantha Sang followed by ‘Let’s All Chant’ by Michael Zager Band.

Volgens mij zit hier een zelfde hopsoort in als de Duvel triple Hop en die vind ik echt niet lekker.

Bier aangeboden door Jo...zurig op de tong. Heel fruitig...slaat mooi uit op de tong. Blijft goed hangen. Aanrader met worst
