Het zachte van de rijping op fles komt al naar boven, maar de droge en zure Boon smaak is er nog helemaal.

375ml corked bottle. Pours hazy amber to large fluffy white head. Smooth textured. Green apple & vinous aspects much mellower than expecting. Looking at other reviews there's lot of contrasting opinions. May depend on bottle's journey? This one was lovely

Talvez um pouco mais de tempo de guarda fizesse bem. Tá bem frutada no aroma (pêssego, abacaxi doce, vinho branco), com a rusticidade agregando complexidade. A acidez é alta, e o sabor também é mais frutado. Final seco.

Heel malse, ietwat vlakke oude Geuze. Eerder vlotte doordrinker dan smaakexplosie. Minder zuur en minder complex dan ik van oude Geuze verwacht had.
