The ever-glorious Schaarbeekse cherries bring both sweetness and a tart edge. Quite rich with it. Sparkling carbonation; finishes really quite dry. It's a fine example of the style (and was a massive bargain) but I'd love a bit more oomph from it.

Super easy drinking. Such a hot day merits this kinda quality. Full of cherries and stones. Hints at funk. Probs will develop more depth but is fab already.

2023.08.30. The cherry character of this beer was very rich and yet also smooth with balanced sweetness and tartness for its flavors. The aroma was funky and rustic, and.. nutty too.

Sharer with @Pisci. Tart cherry fruit and cherry stone fruit, with a bone dry, tart, cherry finish. Superb.
