Maple mead. Never had someting like this before. Interesting. Radek brought it from Hungary.

Out of date and been open a while. Strong, chilli much more obvious than last time I had it. Got a real kick. Lime finish.

Nez vanille / miel, en bouche attaque vin blanc et miel derrière, pas eu le piment, ça reste sucré. Pas dingue.

Sweet and rich - the lime stops it from being really thick and sickly sweet, which is a shame actually as I like that! Not my favourite mead but nice!

Third attempt at ending the night...this mead is so unusual and tastes a bit like salty ham (?!) but it's alright! Cheers!

A Christmas gift from David V. on the quest to complete the wheel of styles. I have to say it is not my style. The honey and chilli take it slightly too far towards cough syrup, but I think that is a personal preference thing. I see the skill.

Lime, zest, sötma, lite chili. Citrus, främst lime, sötsyrlig, frisk, mellan kolsyrad, lite honung. Frisk och gott. Tämligen enkel. 3,4
