Грейпфрут превалирует. Чили есть тоже. Но сладкое как сироп и воняет чем-то гнилым

🧐 Belle robe orangée, pas / très peu de bulles 👃 Le côté fumé prend largement le dessus 👅on retrouve le côté fruité du raison et de la passion. Petite touche pimentée en fin de bouche. Un style que je ne connaissais pas, c'est bon mais pas pintable !

Sour mango nose. Taste juice but with bitterness then the heat kicks in. A well balanced mead. Obviously there is honey notes but the ABV and chilli keep sweetness in check.. a mango chilli honey bear/mead . I love it .

Smoked grapefruit. Roasted guava. Fruity, sweet, tarty, full bodied, sticky, peppery. Very interesting. I seez dem haterz rollin shallow, therefore I stayz in the deep.

Later chicken. Lots of grapefruit peel. Herbal. Vegetal. Sweet. Propolis. Can't get much chilli.

I’m not sure this really counts as a beer exactly. But this is definitely something that tastes good! Unclear how to rate this… I really like it, but have very little to compare it to. It’s like sparkling spicy grapefruit juice?!
