Cookies and Beer - not a huge flavor on the cookie, vanilla and roastiness really do contribute. Sadly the beer over shines the cookie.

English Strong Ale Beer School #3: I’m contractually obligated to love this beer. Probably would irregardless of who brewed it because it’s a damn good brew. Just that very light touch of smokiness on it.

Tastes a lot like mead…it’s really good but fairly confusing to parse out. That barrel makes it wild.

Chocolate Beer School #5: this is truly the definitive version of KBS. Someone should bottle the smell of this beer and sell it as Valentine’s cologne. The fudge on this is fantastic. Makes me want to take a bicycle ride around an island or something.

Blushing Padre (2020)

This is flat out fantastic. Makes Mas Agave (beer) look like Mas Agave (seltzer). Not a huge tequila flavor

Nemesis (2021)

So this is a beer that ranks in the “good” range fresh and “insanity” once it ages. My advice - buy some, lose it for 4-5 years and future you will thank last drunk you for the wonderful thought.
