Has legs for sure, the roast you’d look for in an espresso variant, I kinda prefer the base as the bourbon gets a bit lost but nevertheless smooth

Fairly dry raspberries, kombucha like funk, amazing execution

A bit on the richer/sweeter side but pretty well balanced by the funk, nice cherries

Surprisingly refreshing, orange zest and general citrus pith that goes down really easy but still complex

The sour cherries and hint of jam are so amazing, pleasant sour, low levels of funk, delicious nose

Wow such a great lambic, gently tart, getting cherries and delicate jam

Kinda light even for a porter, more caramel than roasty, almost plum notes in the malt

Best part is the spices especially in the aroma, could’ve used a bit more mango imo but the amount of sour is spot on for lassi, had a bit of a pub beer aftertaste

Day 28! Really tasty, desert for sure, sweet like raspberry jam or syrup, high viscosity texture. That’s all, folks! We made it! ❤️❤️❤️

Day 22. Feels like a well executed concept. You have to be in the mood for a sweet beer, but the tumeric and vanilla combo is really good. I’m also soft about golden milk because gf always always makes me yummy mango-tumeric milk smoothies 🥺

Day 14. The bourbon barrel gives it a nice aroma. The booze is well balanced with caramel/malt notes. Chest-warming stuff.
