The sour cherries and hint of jam are so amazing, pleasant sour, low levels of funk, delicious nose

“1 Year lambic, straight from the barrel” (no secondary/flat), a bit sweet, lingering tartness with a touch of funk

Kinda light even for a porter, more caramel than roasty, almost plum notes in the malt

Day 22. Feels like a well executed concept. You have to be in the mood for a sweet beer, but the tumeric and vanilla combo is really good. I’m also soft about golden milk because gf always always makes me yummy mango-tumeric milk smoothies 🥺

Day 14. The bourbon barrel gives it a nice aroma. The booze is well balanced with caramel/malt notes. Chest-warming stuff.
