ZOMFG! This is super delicious. Despite not really being an IPA drinker, the 90 & 120 minute IPAs have always impressed me. This is next level! The aroma is layered, reminds me of opening a cigar humidor. On the palate it’s malty, super smooth, sweet.

Caramel malts and orange peel. It becomes hoppier as it warms.

Wow, I think this is my first To Øl beer in a few years. I used to drink To Øl quite a lot in Australia. Surprisingly, I have had this before; at Brew Dog in Edinburgh, just before I got married on Islay a few days later 🥰

Caramel, coffee, dark chocolate and a little malty scratchiness.

Boom! Was looking forward to this and I am not disappointed. Dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon on the nose. Palate is vanilla, liquorice, dark chocolate, sweet bourbon, burnt malts. A little bitter in the finish but this is less noticeable as it warms.

Some coffee bite in the palate but aside from that it’s as you’d expect.

There was a mix up with what I wanted but I am NOT disappointed. It’s in the vein of a real milk chocolate popsicle but with barrel and booze.
