Absolutely superb. Elegant, complex, and unique. One of my Cantillon favourites.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022)

F**k yuss. A world-class kriek no doubt. Light body, high carbonation, and dry finish. Oak and mild vanilla with significant cherry character. Earthy with restrainted barnyard vibe... kind of goaty too. A hint of mustiness. Tart. Very impressive.

Kriek Boon (2021)

Very refreshing. Loaded with cherries and vanilla with a hint of earth and cereal grain. Great flavour for the low ABV. Rustic and a bit too sweet. Still, for what it is I'd happily have a pint on hot summer day.

Elegant, complex, and vibrant. Great balance and drinkability. Champagne-like effervescence and dry finish. A tug between fruit, funk, and nuanced aged notes. An outstanding beer.

Very late check-in. Wow, an explosion of flavour. Vegetal-herbal-resiny hops. Grapefruit, pineapple, grass, caramel, pine, and restrained barrel. Sticky, dank, and chewy. Aggressive bitterness. Not for the faint of heart.
