Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021 Iyun

This is nice, especially as it warms. Sour, tart, and fruity with a note kinda like cactus. Solid.

Saint Lamvinus (2021) Iyun

Vinous and a little woody. Slightly sweet and tart. Solid.

Lou Pepe Kriek (2020) Iyun

Smooth, slightly sweet, and pleasantly sour. Prominent cherry with a sweet almost vanilla-like note and a touch of earthiness. Solid.

Lambic D’Haute Densité Iyun

Interesting story - brewed in 2013 and bottled in 2019. Intense. Quite sour and somewhat tart up front. Bone dry with an earthiness to it. Some dried fruit notes and a touch of wood. Some herbal notes as well. Boozy but subtle with it.

Piacere Iyun

Slightly tart cherry and red wine with some woody notes. Pleasantly sour middle with a fruity finish. Tasty.

La Corvée Iyun

Light and a little rosé-like. Fruity with a touch of tannins. Subtle but quite tasty.

Classic Gueuze Iyun

A nice oak undertone. Pleasantly tart and a touch sweet. Some green apple and apricot. Finishes with dried fruit, some funk, and a touch of bitterness. Tasty.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Iyun

Roasty and on the dry side. Coffee and a hint of chocolate. Pretty smooth but noticeable booze. Tasty.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Iyun

Last of the Extreme beer box. Surprisingly smooth for such a heavy hitter. Boozy with bourbon and cherry notes. Some roastiness with dark chocolate, coffee, and hints of caramel. Solid.

Mamouche Iyun

2019. Floral and earthy. Mildly sweet then gets a little funky. Nicely balanced. Solid.

Tropical fruit and grapefruit notes with an almost bready malt backbone. Solid.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) Iyun

Roasty coffee and bourbon most prominent. A little hot but very much drinkable.

Underground Mountain Brown Iyun

This is right up my alley. Like the Sumatra Mountain Brown on roids. Light to medium body. Coffee and bourbon with some boozy heat. Some caramel and roastiness as well. Tasty.
