Huge 15% milk stout in bourbon barrels. Roast, thick with cinnamon, vanilla and lactose. Very sweet, raisin and prune.

4 years is ideal.

World Wide Stout (2016) Simon

5 years is the sweet spot. Booziness subsided. Black licorice, roasted malt, chocolate, raisins.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Simon

Cinnamon and vanilla come through. No need to age.

Más Agave Grapefruit Simon

Imperial Gose aged in tequila barrels. Genius. Dangerously regressing at 9.5%. Malty sweet, salty, grapefruit juice and tequila and oak finish. Fantastic. Somewhere between beer and cocktail.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) Simon

Time did wonders. Super smooth. Chocolate and maple still strong, didnt get the coffee. Little carbonation.
