Consistent and excellent, nice tart bite of citrus and funky oak finish.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2015-2016) C.
Super clean and bright, my first non carbonated lambic and its dangerously crushable. Nice little bite of dried orange peel on the finish, not overly acidic, developing notes of nutty wood and dried apricots further in.
