Shaun Adams

I’ve rated too many hazies too highly at this point.

Rübæus Adams

Razz wheat cough syrup, just like I remember.

Mortal Bloom Adams

Pretty much what you’d expect from a large craft brewery making an inexpensive hazy. Easy drinking and kinda flavorless.

Citrus Squall Adams

What obnoxious beer details 😂 beer is pretty solid though. Feels almost ipa-ish. Big grapefruit but not sweet.

French Toast Bastard Adams

Holy whow. No trace of barrel or base beer just Starbucks syrup.

KBS Blueberry Adams

Ughhh. This… is awful. If you chugged a coffee, waited a while, ate a fuckton of blueberries, then threw it up, that’s what this tastes like. The tart & roast just read as stomach acid. No barrel or chocolate. Mouthfeel atrocious. No balance. Just. Wow.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2023) Adams

“Erhhhmagerddd it’s back” this… tastes like fucking rauchbier Pepsi. Do not recommend. I traded a 750 of this for King Henry a decade ago.

Saint Lamvinus Adams

Did nottt expect to see this on draft when i walked in. Merlot blocking the beer a bit but i meannn ya gotta.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Adams

Big cinnamon. A step closer to fireball than cinnamon toast crunch. Leaves a little spicy tickle in the throat. Everything else so muted & buried in the background that it doesnt matter.

World Wide Stout - Bourbon Barrel Aged (2019) Adams

Still kinda impressively hot. Dont know why I didnt tick it before. 18.3%. Hot. Barrel. Fudge. Wish I could remember fresh.

All Day West Coast Adams

Veryyy light bodied, drinks like a hop water. Just a whisper of cereal grain in the finish.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Adams

Coffee dominates. Chocolate supports. Barrel mostly gives chewy feel in finish with some brachs caramel cube. Cherry is fairly elusive. Gives some sweetness. If a la croix has the flavor of fruit in the next room, then this is prob 2 doors down the hall.

120 Minute Ipa (2022) Adams

Close to what i remembered. Not quite as hoppy. Still super balanced for what it is. Make that yeast wurkkk.

All Day IPA Adams

Its hard to nail the style because theres nothing to hide behind. A hair too malty & heavy bodied, but thats about all i can say to knock it from an envisioned ideal for the style.

Más Agave Adams

Its a whole ass margarita!

Más Agave Grapefruit Adams

For whatever reason, not as balanced as the lime. Malt comes through more, feels heavier bodied, more saline vs more of a salted rim kind of thing. Still pretty easy drinking & flavorful.

Saint Lamvinus Adams

More fruit, more funk, peppery.

Fou’ Foune (2021) Adams

09 Aug 21. Lacking complexity & not getting a ton of fruit. Good mouthfeel. Glad I finally got to try it but not my fav offering from them. This particular bottle tastes like hype.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Adams

I like revisiting the Minute beers every couple years. Hops seem so much more one dimensional than 60? Maltier than I prefer, but it works. Not bad but prefer 60 or 120.

Rosé de Gambrinus Adams

Smells like jelly. Not as much funk as i normally associate with Cantillon but doesnt suck. Reviews prob gonna be short tonight.

Immort Ale (2016) Adams

Much more chewy boi than the 2013. More of a sipper but more nuanced.
