I thought i would check this place out and this is the only beer on tap I haven’t had. Not to bitterand low in alcohol, 4.7%. Citrusy.

Mango Magnifico Novak

Just finished decorating the tree, a stubby one!🎄 mango flavors with a spicy finish that lingers. 10% Alcohol, Thanks John! Hope you are enjoying your new Corvette!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Novak

Now for a beer! After rolling 16 pork, shrimp and crab egg rolls I’ll have this 2019 version. A repeat but it has been in my cupboard for almost 2 yrs. Ryan gave me this for Christmas in 2020. Lots of chocolate flavor and served at the perfect temperature

Belgian Twist Novak

Waiting for the Packer game to start. A 10% twist of fruity notes with lots of Belgian flavor. A tad too much carbonation but a nice beer!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Novak

Another great find! This has coffee and vanilla flavors and aged in oak bourbon barrels. They also have the newer edition 2022 but that will be another Sunday. Strong undertones of Bourbon. 12.3% Alcohol. Very smooth! 🍺

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) Novak

A nice find here at Ned Kelly’s and only$5. 11.7 % ABV. Sweet from the imported chocolate and syrup along with coffee flavors. Strong Bourbon taste from the barrels that most recently were aging pure Michigan maple syrup.?

Frootwood Novak

Cherry flavored Red Ale. It’s barrel-aged and not too tart. 6% ABV. Going down to the Smiling Moose for Reverend Raven soon!

KBS Hazelnut Novak

Aroma of hazelnut, flavor of coffee, hazelnut and chocolate. It doesn’t seem boozy but it will probably sneak up on you as it is 12% alcohol.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2021) Novak

Preparing Crab, Shrimp and Pork egg rolls and this is a chaser with the Bloody Mary. It is not that bitter so it’s enjoyable, 9% alcohol and malty. Looking for the 120 minute IPA as I’m told it’s more like a barleywine.

60 Minute IPA Novak

Hopefully this counts towards the badge! A repeat and not my style 6% alcohol.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Novak

Another great Barrel-aged Series from Founders! First taste is chocolate. Aftertaste is coffee and slightly cinnamon and vanilla. 12% ABV, getting ready for work tonight.

Velvet Rush Novak

Chocolate and coffee are predominant with hints of vanilla make this Brown Ale another winner from Founders in their Barrel-aged series! 11.1% ABV.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Novak

Checking in at 11% ABV. Another great beer for $5. It tastes like a chocolate fudgecycle (I know the spelling isn’t correct) but the Packets beat the Bears!

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Novak

Making a pork sirloin stew and this was awesome after an hour warming! Nice caramel and lots of boozy flavor and aroma! 11.0% ABV.

Nemesis (2021) Novak

It’s a repeat but this time in a bottle at home. The rain has stopped finally after all these days! I’m celebrating with this Barleywine. 11.2% ABV.

Breakfast Stout Novak

It is a repeat but I’m thinking I might get a badge here at Plae Bistro as this might be considered a steakhouse. It will be a great compliment to the Pecan encrusted walleye.

Blushing Monk Novak

I took the picture earlier but let it warm on the counter! It’s almost halftime of the Bucks game so I thought I better drink it. Sweet with an aroma and strong raspberry taste, somewhat tart in the finish. Pairs well with cheese they say, so....

All Day Vacay Novak

This was in Ryan’s cooler so he we go! A nice example of a Wheat Ale not like the German ones!

Backwoods Bastard (2019) Novak

On the green in 2, 30 ft putt to 2 in ended with par. That’s after I opened this. A Christmas gift from Ryan! 😎 11% ABV. Caramely and roasty. I added the extra .25 because of the par!!🏌🏻‍♂️

Nemesis (2021) Novak

I found it! Nice treat after golf and before perch tonight! It’s Happy Hour just what the doctor ordered! 11.2% ABV and 75 IBU’s. Roasted malt flavor with a slight bitter aftertaste.

Blushing Padre (2020) Novak

You can see in the photo the redness from the raspberries. Aroma and flavor is raspberry but not overpowering. It’s a Belgian ale aged in tequila barrels. I don’t taste the tequila. 10.8% alcohol.

French Toast Bastard Novak

O’sos wasn’t open so Mikey’s is next door so.... A barrel aged Scotch Ale that is full of maple flavor. Strong and toasty!

Oktoberfest Novak

A new Octoberfest for me, At Ryan’s for the 500. Smooth and malty. My pick for today is Dixon! 🤓

Harvest Ale Novak

7.6% alcohol and 70 IBU’s. Not as hoppy as you might expect. I thought it was a fall Ale not an IPA. Citrusy

A malty Golden Ale with lots of coffee, vanilla and chocolate flavor! Marvelous!
