Nice amber color, soft white head, nose is resiny, hoppy and & fruity, kicks off with a strong piney bitterness followed by well harmonizing notes of stone fruit and tangerine. Aftertaste is dominated by a bitter grapefruit note. A picture perfect WC IPA!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) K
Nose is wonderful funky and floral, kicks off with a sharp sour, acidic note, that quickly fades over to a vinegar note then followed by wonderful funky and fruity fermentation aromas, complex and perfectly balanced. Almost perfect blend of Gueuze!

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) K
Kicks off with a quite sharp and almost acidic sourness, quickly fades over to a more funky character with notes of fermenting fruit and wild yeast. Absolutely nice to drink plus the location serves free snacks that pair very well!

Awarded World‘s best Weizen? Well it’s good but far away from German Hefeweizen goodness. Nice banana flavors, gentle underlying sweetness, but overall a bit thin and short-lasting flavors.

Reluctant fruity hops in the nose and first sip get eclipsed by dominant red malts, notes of caramel, red fruits, orange and grapefruit zest, pine and resin. Great range of flavors, well equilibrated and a nice variety to pervasive NE and WC IPAs.

Beautiful mahagony color with reddish tinge, dark malts with toasty and caramelly flavors, subtle notes of biscuits and raisins. Overall a very drinkable and quite rich Bockbier.

Dark malts with toasty aroma, rounded with flavors of dark chocolate and hazelnut, the addition of lactose makes it a bit sweet. Easy drinking for a Stout, could have drunk 2 or 3 more of them!

Quite standard taste of industrial non-alcoholic beers. Quite okay, even refreshing when cold from the fridge but no beer feeling.

Cloudy, yeasty and quite refreshing banana aroma. I don’t like the acidic aftertaste though. Still a pretty good Dutch attempt of a Hefeweizen.

Optically a beauty, amber color, medium cloudiness, creamy white foam, tastewise it lacks the expected hoppy bitterness and fruitiness, this one works fine as a refreshing cloudy Kellerbier but labeled as IPA it’s quite unhoppy and disappointing.

Nice Session IPA, hoppy, fruity with some slightly tropical vibes. Light but good!

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2015) K
In the nose acidic, funky and slightly fruity notes, first sips kick in with tart sourness that fade over into aroma of fermented fruits and wild yeast with a Prosecco-like dryness. Quite complex and tasty, not overly sour, best Lambic I had so far.

Black body with creamy and long lasting beige head, coffee and roasted aromas on the nose, on the palate dominant dark chocolate and coffee flavors in a beautiful composition. Once again a Founders masterclass Stout!

Straw colored, quite clear, fine pored white head, nose indicates tropical fruity aromas, first sip kicks in with hoppy, citrusy and slightly tropical notes accompanied with a moderate bitterness. A well balanced set of flavors, crushable and summery IPA.

Beautiful ruby color, nose reveals pastry-like maple notes, complex taste profile with dominant flavor of maple sirup, Bourbon and oak barrel, sweetness is well embedded and not too omnipresent, strong, intense, Brandy-like, Founders beers are Top Notch!

Dark black, brown head, hits you predominantly with a blend of dark chocolate and roasted coffee aroma accompanied by Bourbon notes that results in a complex, thick and boozy mouthfeel.
