Nose is grapefruit candy, light and fragrant like freshly grated zest from the peel. Mouth is slight for the abv, lightness is s elevated by the fruitiness. Finish is simple, citrusy-bitterness is lingering and mild. Appreciate the sip Joshua 🍊

Sour, tangy, bright and zesty. Slight mouthfeel, zippy and thin. Lime and salt reminds me of a marg. Great for a summer sip - excited for DFH at the beach in just a few short weeks! Thanks Joshua 🍋🧂

Holy smokes. Joshua this is huge - massive mouthfeel, huge candi-sugar sweetness, booziness and smooth beyond belief. I haven’t always loved these Utopias barrel editions, but this one hits in the right way. So solid, holy mackerel 🐟🛢️🍺

Raison D'Extra (2014) Kraus

Nutty and perfectly boozed. Loud and boldly attention seeking. Raisin is grapey and lingering - the vintage is soft, beautifully poised like a port, smooth and supple and smoky like an old whiskey. This is a real treat Joshua. Merry Christmas fam! 🎄🎅🏼

Hot and heavy. The percentage is present but approachable, feel is huge, thick, chocolatey, barrelly, and mouthy like an back-talking 7 year old. Licks of vanilla, caramel and bourbon cream. Merry Christmas everyone! Hug your loved ones and enjoy 🎄🛢️🥃

KBS Espresso (2021) Kraus

Boozy and hefty. Espresso is bitter, bitey and thin. Drinkable for the 12% octane; mild, hidden octane chocolate. Bitey and bold, bourbon is slight. Think I’d prefer this to be a bit warmer, but for a busy day, this is a nice end. Far from bad. ☕️
