Immort Ale (2013)

Another offering from the cellar. Ten year old bottle. Pours thin, copper brown, lively carbonation but little head retention. Nose of vanilla, dark stone fruit and oak. Better viscosity on the tongue than was expecting. Smoky wood, fruit, smoooooth.

120 Minute IPA

Too young to come to this end. No other IIPA like it O1/20/22

Higher Math

Five years on the shelf has smoothed the edges. Rich and bold cherry overtop of the chocolate. Real sipper, sweet and syrupy. Warming finsh. Great ruby/ caramel color. Minimal carbonation

Olde School (2017)

Boozy leather and stone fruit nose. Like peaches and plums over ripened. Smooth tounge, all the sharp bite is aged out of it. Heavy warming alcohol plum and fig,smooth. Lingers in the back with a slight black pepper finish.
