Fantastic balance of funky-sweet-tart and zest. Really hitting its stride.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)
Light barrel. Dark chocolate. But I’d order on the reg if it was available

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2023)
Drinking too early. One of the few that actually ages well. Notable difference from a bottle open just a couple months ago.

Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022)
Coffee first stout. Not the biggest body. But big enough. And no green pepper.

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2023)
Kinda sits in a grey zone. Was expecting an American Barleywine- but doesn’t come thru w enough body. Not much of a malt presence. Initially real sweet. And drinks like a thin liquor. A bit disappointed actually. Certainly prefer reg 120 min.

Out fricken standing. 8 years old and just crushing it. Perfect body. Perfect carbonation. Some froth that lasted 10-15 min, easy. A delicious strawberry-raspberry pie filling. Just the lightest of funk. Early entrant into fav beer of the year.

Fridge even froze it by accident. Lost a bit of the water. Was expecting disappointment. Got more fruit. Very surprised.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)
3.9- Dark fruits are the main show. Drinks a bit hot in the present state. But even that said- I wouldn’t call it boozy. 17.3 will need a year or 3 to really hit its stride. Medium body. Wasn’t much carbonation. Leo F.

Boy did this beer need a few years. What started out almost painful to sip and exceptionally medicinal has rounded out into a very nice delicious raspberry pie filling. Wouldn’t call it soft- but at 9.2% it’s a real nice sipper, just full of fruit.

Initially, I thought it drank a few years older than an ‘18. But at room temp, sips nicely. The sugars from the raisins provide a great natural mask for the booze. $10/ 12oz bottle is steep. But from time to time, I’d scope out again.
