Very fruity nose. Sweet yet tart. Notes of cranberry and cherry with an orange finish. Great fruit beer.

Full of cloves and nutmeg notes. Some pumpkin and maple notes after that. Very smooth. Surprisingly, not very boozy.

As usual, the normal KBS notes. There is a slight hint of blueberry notes but I was hoping for more.

A wheaty, malty nose. On the first taste, no maple nose which is a bummer. It’s a little boozy and bitter. This is almost a cross between an ipa and an esb. It’s good but I am on the line between a second go or forgetting it.

Promising vanilla nose. A little sweet on the taste. Some vanilla notes with a little bitterness. Ends with a strong, roasty finish.

Still very good. Tastes like an old fashioned. There are notes of bourbon, cherries and orange. Nice bitters on the finish. Glad they kept the same recipients and the bottle shop series.

2022 release - very roasty and tastes like a typical KBS. Missing the maple it’s and very little fudge notes.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter
Still a great beer. However, this batch has a slightly more bitter taste. Glad to have it once more.

Ouch. A very, strong, bitter coffee stout. Can barely taste the cocoa.

2021 - Cocoa Shake Vanilla Edition
Starts out nice and chocolaty. The notes of vanilla take over and finishes with the blend of rye and bourbon. Very nice.

An improvement over the bottleshop Nemesis. The bourbon really elevates this and brings out the barely wine in the middle. However, still has the strong bitter finish of nemesis.

Blushing Claus (Mothership Series)
Very unique. Starts with the sweetness of the orange and raspberry. Next, notes of the tequila comes in followed by the tartness of the cranberry. Nice but a little too sweet for my taste.

Starts a little sweet. Not too boozy. Hints of molasses, maple, and a slight bitter finish. Solid BBA old ale.

This is an aged bottle. Still very good but sadly, the maple i notes are almost non existent. Note: seems that most maple beers lose the maple after a short time like some of the fruit beers.

Pleasantly Surprised!. Not too strong like most coffee beers which allows for the appreciation of the espresso especially since espresso is a very strong coffee. Well done.

Not bad but wished for more cinnamon and vanilla. However, still a good attempt.
