Not a huge nose, just a hint of hazelnut. But the taste... like a sweet hazelnut coffee with chocolate notes. Not an aggressive bourbon taste, but it is there in the background. Excellent.

My palate has matured, I enjpy this more. Even knowing it is 18% ABV, I was not prepared for that alcohol. Like a kicked up red wine.

Más Agave Prickly Pear S.

Even better than the regular Mas Agave. If I could make one change, it would be mas salt.

Strong, dark, almost a burnt fig flavor. So so so good.

120 Minute IPA (2020) S.

Hoppy, boozy, malty AF. Less butterscotch. So good.

Tart, the right amount of salt. Tasty, but I can't pick any flavor out of the profile.

Sharp, bitter, like a mouth full of Tylenol. A little malt,but hops for DAYS.
