Pretty sure tonite’s #cellarpurge2022 is from 2016. Gorgeous blend of cocoa, vanilla, blueberries, & hints of coffee & bourbon.

Cellar Purge 2014: this one may have smoothed out a bit too much. Bourbony vanilla still there, medium chocolate roast, coffee is really faint but does come thru late in finish.

QP2020: bottled 10/11. Light touch of crackery sweet malt, black currants still there but this thing is rounded out & smooth as silk
