Bottled 2013. The near decade of aging didn’t do it any favors. Very cider-like, no spice or added flavor notes. The good news: I scheduled my booster. The bad news: the Astros about to take Game 2

Another back of fridge winner that did not age well... I was looking forward to this one, especially being Dogfish Head... sigh... Abstain from review.

Age has definitely mellowed out this cider/witbier hybrid, but some of the delicious Fuji apple is still coming through. Had to enjoy with the Deltron 3030 record as well!
