My taste buds normally eschew overly sweet offerings so I was skeptical about agave (even though I bought three variants because: Founders). This lime version is not too sweet, not too boozy (aged in tequila barrels), in fact, very well balanced! Try it!!

Limbo Raspberry C.

Brewed NA “Sour Beer” with raspberries. Tart, sweet, and very refreshing.

120 Minute IPA (2019) C.

Bottled 8/23/2019 the bottle invites you to “Enjoy now or age for a decade or so.” I should have found a fresh one for side-by-side tasting. Anyway, this is tasty, a little sweet, intensely hoppy 😎

Moon Rambler IPA C.

IPA with lactose. I taste tangerine.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) C.

Wow, have I said “Wow” before? Yes I have, but this is worth another “Wow”. This is delicious!! Get one for your best friend now!

This is from 2016, aged at Happy Raven until it settled at my home in April 2020. This a complex mix of boozy, dark, ripe fruit, and almond. SO SMOOTH!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) C.

First cellared at Happy Raven then at my home since 4/2020. This is pleasantly burnt, sweet, chocolate, coffee... in other words: complex. Really tasty for a sweet Wednesday brunch. Pairs well with, everything!
