This held up way better than I expected. Much more drinkable than when it’s young. Sherry, fudge, light roast. Super sweet…but the kids like that these days

Maple, fudge, molasses, espresso, vanilla, faint soy sauce. A bit boozy and the finish is harsh.

Molasses, tootsie rolls, some light spice. Nose has some alcohol on it but pretty smooth drinking for the abv

120 Minute IPA (2012) H

Cardboard, toffee, sherry. Oxidized, sweet, firmly bitter, slightly astringent. Not nearly as bad as I was expecting. Better than when it’s fresh at least.
