Cinnamon, vanilla, wood. Lacks a bunch in lasting flavor, finish is weak. Still enjoyable, tasty stout.

Backwoods Bastard (2014) K

Looks like cola, boozy/bourbon nose. Bourbon, toffee stickiness, thick body. Cheers to 10 years!

Breakfast Stout (2016) K

Black pour, not much head to speak of. Tootsie Roll on the nose. Powdered sugar, ashy char, caramel sweetness and amazingly, a punch of quality coffee. Delicious after 7.5 years.

Nitro Breakfast Stout K

Creamy pour. Slight ash, chocolate, coffee. Yum.

60 Minute IPA K

Old school hop bite. Resinous, flowery.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) K

Big cinnamon notes, but detracts from overall product. Barrel is incredibly minimal. Decent body. 3.9/5

Fudgy, chocolate powder. Crazy smooth for the abv. Really nice. 4.3/5

Old stock. Jet black pour, minimal carbonation. Molasses, slight char, dark chocolate.

Más Agave (2019) K

Smells, tasty like a spot on margarita. Woody, salty notes. Tasty as hell at the pool.

NCAA games and All Day. Had about a million of these at the beach over the years.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) K

Boozy caramel. Lots of barrel, sugary sweetness.

Underground Mountain Brown (2019) K

Looks like Pepsi. Nose of bourbon & wood. Coffee, tootsie roll sweetness, slight boozy heat.

Backwoods Bastard (2017) K

Too much of all- barrel, bourbon, smoke, sugar. Cloying and dense. Not offensive, but nothing I’m repeating.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) K

Dark pour. Ash, char, powered chocolate on the nose. Bourbon heft, vanilla and milk chocolate. So much depth of flavor. Wow. 4.4/5

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge K

Jet black pour, bubbly edged. Massive fudge presence. Thick, heavy body.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) K

Black pour, bubbly mocha colored head. Big maple, ash, chocolate.. complex. Barrel is present, but not overbearing. 11.7 abv is nonexistent.

This is delicious. Massive notes of chocolate and quality coffee. Tons of flavor and so smooth. Hefty body, but easy to drink.

Imperial Stout (2016) K

Black, thick motor oil-like pour. Bubbly, dark brown head. Nose of roasted malt, dark chocolate. Tastes like brownie batter, black licorice. Slight ash on the finish.

Rosé de Gambrinus K

Very tart, very sour. Acidic raspberry blast. Awesome example of a true Belgian lambic beer.

SeaQuench Ale K

Salty & tart with loads of lime but quite thick. Not sure I could have more than one of these here at the beach.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2017) K

Apple juice color and body. Light vinegar, sugar, apricots on the nose. Acid, sour lemons, orange pith; quite puckering. 4.3/5

Underground Mountain Brown K

Nitro version. Very dark brown ale. Coffee, pecans, bourbon. 12% is present, as is the heat, but it fades nicely. 90°+ heat be damned!
