Pulling out the big guns for a National Championship! A little boozier than any of the other aged variants I’ve had but still smooth. Has lost some of its syrup flavor which doesn’t hurt. Mild sweetness with hints of wood.

Wake Up World Wide Stout Hulyo

Def has a consistent cinnamon profile.

KBS Espresso (2019) Hulyo

It’s football time…in Tennessee! This is dangerously smooth. Coffee forward with chocolate syrup in the finish. No heat or boozy profile to it. Thiccc

Barrel Aged High Ball Drifter Hulyo

Wonderful. Delicious. Like tossing syrup and French toast into a blender and drinking it. Really nailed the vanilla-maple balance. I swear it’s that vanilla powder in it.

KBS Hazelnut (2022) Hulyo

Honestly a littlthee boring for a KBS series. Light milk chocolate on the nose. Hazelnut lingers at the end but doesn’t dominate the beer like some other Hazelnut brews. Overall smooth. It’s definitely crushable for a 12% beer.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Hulyo

I love me some BA brown ales yes yes yes. This is legit velvety smooth with just a hint of bourbon. Coffee is done perfectly and balanced nicely with notes of cocoa and vanilla.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Hulyo

Very subtle coffee flavor on the tip of the tongue followed by dark chocolate, bitter bitterness. Smooth maple syrup finish. I actually like the order of flavors; each stand out distinctly.
