Intense! The red wine barrels works well. A perfect taste of wood and port. Darkenss, sweetness and bitterness in perfect balance. But: Do Not Serve Cold!!

Light-bodied milk stout. The lactose doesn’t dominate. Very drinkable. Don’t serve too cold, though.

Bone dry (as in negative plato) and bitter despite only 18 IBU. Strong but tasty.

Excellent thirst-quencher. Quite low ABV and no explosion of yeast and esters, but unmistakably a witbier. Perfect Summer beer.

Mmmmmmm. The old half’n’half with a dry pilsner makes this delicious lambic even more drinkable.

A very nice brown ale. Very malty, with chocolate, sweetness and a well-balanced bitterness. Excellent.

(2018/19) Very good stuff. Perfectly rounded gueuze after a couple of years in the cellar.

Occulation Oak Barrel Aged W. Burbon Hayden's Basil Johnsson
Excellent BA imp.stout. Sweet and smooth without any actual flaws. Well done.

Oh boy, this one surprises me every time. So good, and only gets better the warmer it gets. The taste keeps getting better. First coffee/vanilla, followed by rasins/prunes and chocolate, ending in a long aftertaste of licorice and bourbon.

Very dark and very sweet. Perhaps too sweet; I'm not a fan of too much lactose. There's a hint of a funny scorched sensation, like almost charcoal; not unpleasant, though, but neither is it enough to counterbalance the lactose.

Where so many have failed, Slowburn has made an excellent dark lager. Light lager, roasted malts and just a hint of sweetness. Very drinkable.

Good Morning, Vietnam Johnsson
Everything you might expect from a coffee stout, plus lactose. Fortunately not too much lactose, only just enough to add a touch of sweetness and creaminess. Not bad at all.

An okay coffee stout, though it does have a slightly metallic, bitter aftertaste, perhaps helped by a high IBU.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Johnsson
Barrel-aged American strong ale - an interesting combination. Very sweet with lots of vanilla, orange and bourbon barrels - like a BA imperial stout, but without the roasted malts and IBU.

Quite nice witbier. Could be more spicy, but it’s a great thirst quencher.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Johnsson
Fantastic BBA imperial stout. Coffee, nuts, chocolate and bourbon. The taste develops nicely in the mouth, though it's not quite as complex as their KBS. This is a very focused and balanced stout.

A quite suprising and indeterminate character. Yeasty, farmy and a bit malty. Not bad at all.

I’m actually not the biggest NEIPA fan, but this is quite okay. Actually.

Mmmmmm…. Acidic. I don’t know how anything that sour can taste so good.

Smells Like Tea Spirit Johnsson
A lovely red ale with a lot of character. The rooibos adds a subtle acidic edge with a hint of tannins. Could have had a bit more malt body, but it's very drinkable.

Thick, black and strong, and with a peculiar and quite interesting liquorice/coffee taste that gets better with every mouthful.

Black, thick and heavy coffee stout. Lots of bourbon, coffee and sweetness, but also a subtle fruity acidity. This is good stuff.

An okay adjunct lager with a nice body and some floral notes.

Nice and hoppy lager. Very drinkable in this summer heat.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Johnsson
Top notch BA stout. Many flavours queue up. First coffee and vanilla, then raisins and chocolate, and finally a lingering after taste of liquorice. Not too sweet.
