Iron Throne Wit D.

Notes of citrus, orange peel, and spices on the nose. Clean crisp taste, easy drinking. First sip is dominated with notes of orange and orange peel. Further sips open subtler notes of wheat, yeast and spices among them coriander and a light pepper note

90 Minute Imperial IPA D.

Caramel, malt and floral notes on the nose nicely fragrant. Strong malty backbone, some grapefruit and grapefruit zest complimenting the subtle sweetness of the malt. More subtle piney and resinous notes round off the beer, slight burn in the finish

Breakfast Stout D.

Strong aroma of dark roasted coffee. First sip opens up with a intense fresh brewed dark roasted coffee cup character. It is immediately followed by and complimented by a dark cacao note rounding off the velvety smooth mouthfeel. Ends with nice bitternes

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge D.

Aroma is very forward with big notes of coffee, chocolate and sweetness. First sip is definitely less sweet than the first impression from the smell. The notes go back and forth between dark roasted coffee and dark chocolate with a subtle hint of walnuts

Backwoods Bastard (2016) D.

Aged better than expected. Nose smells of malt and caramel. First sip is met with that caramel-like sweetness. As it warms up it opens up to more spices and whiskey notes. It finishes with a subtle wood and sweet character

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) D.

Pours as dark as a moonless night. The first sip explodes with dark chocolate and coffee flavors. Subsequent sips open up more subtle notes like wood, vanilla and bourbon. It finishes with a very subtle sweetness immediately cut short by a boozy note
