After 4 years still has slight ever effervescence, however body lacks. Flavor is still big molasses and barrel. Anv doesn’t seem to have changed. Still a great brew, but don’t recommend aging

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022) G

As always, fantastic! Good sweet caramelization from the barrels, mild coffee and maple, slight bourbon notes with a mild abv bite on a great stout. Always a well crafted brew!

Backwoods Bastard 2021 G

Fantastic as always, definitely get a lightly smokey Scotch barrel on a solid ale. Always a great brew.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) G

Big and boozy. Age does well on this brew as the original sweetness is gone.

2 plus years of age and a bigger barrel, great molasses although not as sweet as original. Really held up well, think I’ll age the next one another 2 years.,
