Strong aroma of maple and vanilla. Same with the flavors with cinnamon coming in at the end. Mild hints of barrel and sweet bourbon. Could almost pour this on your French toast.

World Wide Stout (2023) Machucki

Rich, dark, sweet and fruity tones. Not feeling a lot of heat on this big stout. Very drinkable.

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Machucki

Sweet raisin aroma and flavor. So smooth with minimal booziness. Drank with very little chill on it and it was incredible! Absolutely well done!

Classic Gueuze (2015) Machucki

Champagne of beers!! Love the barrel. Super dry on the finish.

Wood-Aged Bitches Brew (2018) Machucki

Smoothed out well. Sweet licorice and little barrel. Very good!

Hazelnut is subtle but the coffee and chocolate come through nicely. Rich mouthfeel. Not getting the12% at all.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Machucki

Chocolate and coffee are very good. Cinnamon is subtle and vanilla comes in at the finish. Pretty strong and boozy. Cool night sipper!!

Velvet Rush Machucki

Strong coffee dominates. Good amount of booziness covers most of the other flavors. Over time this will smooth out and be very good.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Machucki

Strong bitter orange peel up front. Hints of cherry but not too sweet. Boozy whiskey flavor lingers. Needs some aging.

All about the dark fruits in this one. Raisin is the dominant flavor. Rich dark and heavy pour. Still had a little booziness left. Definitely got better with age. What a smooth treat! Lucky to have good friends that share!!

Raison D'Extra (2018) Machucki

Sweet brown sugar and raisin dominate. Mild Belgium hints. Full of flavor. Should have aged this a few more years but could not resist. Feeling some heat on this big 16%. Hope they continue to make this. Outstanding!

Nemesis (2021) Machucki

Bitter hoppy and not too sweet. Little more flavor as it warms. Not too boozy. Prefer an English barley wine that’s sweeter.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Machucki

Light on the Belgium spice. Getting the apple with a crisp dry finish. Loaded with carbonation. Nice and refreshing.

Sweet bourbon, vanilla and maple all blend well together. Smooth mellow and so drinkable right away. Not much booziness at all. As good as I thought it would be!

Smooth and fruity. Nice grapefruit bitterness. Mild creaminess from the oats.

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake Machucki

2015. Strong rich black coffee flavor dominates with a dark bittersweet chocolate presence. Pours a thick black used motor oil. Sweetness comes out as it warms. Aged very well and most likely could have gone more. Enjoyed every sip!!!

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Machucki

Loads of coffee flavor. Sweet toffee and bourbon. Mild hints of barrel. Strong boozy bite on this big brown ale!! Better to sit on this one a few years.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Machucki

Lots of fudge aroma and taste. Was hoping for more maple. Sweet rich mouthfeel. A bit boozy. This will be great in a few years.

Backwoods Bastard (2014) Machucki

Starts out like straight scotch from the liquor store. Strong and boozy. As it reached room temp the caramel and toffee flavors come out. Did not fade at all. It probably could go another couple years.

Big Luscious (2020) Machucki

Dark bittersweet chocolate with a good amount of tart raspberry flavor. More flavor as it warms. Glad this one is back!

Beer Geek Breakfast Brunch Big Blend Machucki

2015. Very well carbonated. Strong coffee flavor throughout from the strongest coffee in the world (Kopi Luwak) known as Weasel coffee. Deep bittersweet chocolate and hints of sweetness from the six different barrels. Held up very well. Thanks Ryan H!!!!

Tastes like a raspberry barley wine. Sweet fruits and a smooth mouthfeel. Still feeling the heat on this big ale!! Held up well.

Frangelic Mountain Brown (2020) Machucki

Hazelnut flavor dominates. Good amount of coffee. Nice malty sweetness. Nice cool weather beer.

So much coffee flavor!! Thick tan head. Rich and creamy. This held up very well for a ten year old!!! Could have sat on this even longer!! So good!!
