Favorite so far. Complex, medium-bodied, tons of bright citrus with a hint of stonefruit. Zippy carb. Poolside crusher.

Immediately notice a strong well water nose. Big aged hop bite up front. Like the other bottle I've had, the cork was itching to jump out and carb is way too high, but I forgive that because it's fine once it sits for a few mins.

Lemon sipper! Great Lindeman's malt character shines through. Tons of happy bubbles here with a tough of sweetness.

More balanced than 2015 for me, great minerality, more citrus

Still, dry, tannic. Crunchy white peach, white grape skin. Lovely Saturday sip. Thanks Beer:30, and happy birthday Kevin B.

Classic Gueuze (2013) L.

Another big tick thanks to Eddie N. Undeniable Cantillon CG characteristics with 9yrs of added must and development. The brett and bitter cocktail is *chef kiss*

Iris (2019) L.

Crisp, clear, water profile, cereal malt sweetness, and fresh hop bitterness remain. Lovely floral quality to this, and it reminds me of classic Belgian hoppy bitter ales.

Gueuze Loerik (2019) L.

❤️❤️❤️ Thanks Eddie N. this is a big tick! Teeny tiny bit of bubbles here, looks like this lazy lam is actually doing some work. Big aged hop bite and Classic Gueuze funk. Slight sweetness, very smooth drinkin'.

Bruocsella 1900 Grand Cru (2021) L.

Silky smooth mouthfeel, pronounced aged hop note and hint of sweet malt holding it all together.

Fou' Foune (2020) L.

Fou is always a 5. Like snacking on apricot fruit jerky in a barn. 🍑🍾
