Murky golden amber pour with thick white head, excellent retention and lacing. Aromas are floral and citrus with notes of honey and pine. Flavors of biscuit malts, boozed soaked mangos, orange marmalade, pineapple, grapefruit rind, and resinous pine.

Pitch black pour with thick light brown head, excellent retention and lacing. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, molasses, oak, and a hint of smoke. Flavors of chocolate, coffee, molasses, and caramel, hints of chill peppers, vanilla, bourbon, and oak.

All Day Chill Day Booth

Crystal clear light golden pour with thick white head, excellent retention and lacing. Aromas are citrusy, floral, and grassy. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon, with floral undertones, and a mild grassy and piney bitterness on the back end.

Más Agave Grapefruit (2020) Booth

Well this may not have aged well by the aroma. Aroma smells like vomit and dirt. Flavor is definitely better but still off and strange. Don't really get any grapefruit, hints of lime and agave, earthy funkiness, a strange experience.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Booth

Pours black with thick dark tan head. Aromas of chocolate covered cherries, espresso, vanilla, and bourbon. Complex layered flavors of chocolate, cherries, molasses, coffee, vanilla, caramel, bourbon, and slightly earthy oakey undertones.

All Day Crimson Sky Booth

Deep amber pour with thick slightly off-white head, excellent retention & lacing. Aromas of toast, caramel, grapefruit, & pine. Flavor starts with notes of biscuit, toast, & caramel, grapefruit & floral notes follow, finishes piney & moderately bitter.

Shelter Pale Ale Booth

Mostly clear dark golden pour with thick white head, excellent retention and lacing. Aromas of grains, nuts, citrus, and pine resin. Flavor starts with biscuit and hints of caramel and a slight nuttiness, hints of citrus and grass follow, finishes piney.

Green Zebra Pineapple Booth

Mostly clear golden pour with thin white head, little retention or lacing. Aromas of pineapple and mandarin orange, slight funkiness. Flavor starts citrusy with pineapple, salty in the middle, finishes with a slight funkiness.

Green Zebra Mango Booth

Clear golden pour with thin white head, solid retention and lacing. Aroma is lots of mango. Flavor is mango and hints of wheat cracker, with some salt and mild tartness on the finish.

Green Zebra Watermelon Booth

Clear golden pour with thin white head, solid retention and lacing. Aroma is strange and funky, I get a little melon. Flavor is mostly salt with watermelon undertones.

Green Zebra Peach Booth

Clear golden pour with thin white head, solid retention and lacing. Lots of peach in the aromas. Flavor is fresh peaches with a hint of salt and a mildly tart finish.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio Booth

Pours opaque red with thin pink head, little retention & lacing. Complex funky, fruity, earthy aromas. Intense layered flavors of bing cherries, raspberries, balsamic vinegar, red wine grapes, green apple, lemon, apricot, pear, barnyard funk, & earthy oak

French Toast Bastard Booth

Mahogany pour with thin khaki colored head, some retention and lacing. Aroma smells exactly like french toast. Flavor is legitimately French toast in liquified form. Toast, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, and hints of barrel character. Dessert.

Blushing Monk (2018) Booth

Forgot to check this in last night, held up quite well, nice raspberry tartness with a bit of funk and oak notes on the finish.

Velvet Rush (2021) Booth

Murky brown pour with thick light tan head, phenomenal retention and lacing. Complex aromas, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, hint of bourbon, kinda nutty. Flavor starts with chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and toasted nuts, finishes earthy with hints of bourbon.

4 Giants Hazy IPA Booth

Pours hazy golden yellow with thick white head, solid retention and lacing. Juicy, citrusy aromas of tropical fruits, herbal undertones. Flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, kiwi and melon, herbal resinous undertones, mildly bitter finish.

Belgian Twist Booth

Beautiful clear pour with thin white head, solid retention and lacing. Aromas of bread, honey, cloves, bubblegum, agave, coriander, slightly floral. Flavor follows the nose, quite complex, also get some white pepper, and subtle undertones of oak.

KBS Hazelnut Booth

Very solid, dealing with a furnace issue, no time to review.

All Day Haze Booth

Slightly hazy golden pour with thin white head, little retention or lacing. Citrusy, fruity aromas, hint of pine resin. Flavors of wheat bread and oats intially, then comes citrusy notes of orange and grapefruit, slight resinous bitterness on the finish.

Where the Wild Hops Are Booth

Pours a mostly clear golden color with thick white head, solid retention & lacing. I'm getting complex citrusy fruity aromas, also quite herbal hint of oak. Flavor is unique I get guava orange, grapefruit, white grape, barnyard funk, pine resin, & oak.

KBS Espresso (2020) Booth

Pitch black pour, one finger tan head, little retention, some lacing. Aromas of espresso and chocolate, hint of oak. Flavors of chocolate, espresso, hints of molasses and vanilla, some bourbon and earthy oak on the finish.

4 Giants IPA (2021) Booth

Pours a mostly clear copper with two fingers white head. Excellent retention and lacing. Aromas of boozed soaked oranges, grapefruit, and pine resin. Flavors of citrus fruits, bitter pine resin, surprisingly boozy, some caramel and biscuit malt sweetness.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Booth

Pitch black pour, minimal tan head, no retention, little lacing. Incredibly complex aromas, like a cross between stout & a fine port wine. Flavor follows the aromas. Ridiculous complex flavors, literally don't have the words to describe this. Phenomenal!

Velvet Rush Booth

Pours a slightly murky dark brown with one finger white head, little retention, solid lacing. Great aromas, lots of coffee, some chocolate and vanilla. Complex flavors, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, caramel, toasted nuts, bourbon, and oak. Delicious brew!

Pours pitch black with two fingers mocha colored head, minimal retention, some lacing. Aromas of cinnamon, cocoa, coffee, and vanilla. Flavors of cocoa, and cinnamon intially, coffee, and vanilla in the middle, bourbon and earthy oak on the finish.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Booth

Pours a clear dark brown with red hues, two fingers of khaki colored head, excellent retention, solid lacing. Aromas of vanilla, orange, and cherry. Flavor starts with orange peel and cherry, complimented by vanilla, caramel, bourbon, and earthy spice.

Lemon Quest Booth

Pours a hazy straw color, with minimal white head, no retention or lacing. Aroma smells like a lemon drop candy. Taste is the same, tart and citrusy, legit tastes like I put a lemon drop in my mouth. Not good, but not the worst N/A option I've ever tried

Marvelroast (2020) Booth

Bottled nearly a year ago. Held up fairly well all things considered. Still coffee forward, vanilla and cereal grain flavors are now more pronounced, chocolate character has faded just a bit.

Panther Cub Booth

Roasted malt flavors of chocolate and coffee are complimented by flavors of vanilla, maple syrup, bourbon, and oak.

Hazy-O! Booth

There is a lot of oat flavor to this one, the malted oats create a smooth, creamy, slightly sweet backbone, hops bring juicy citrusy notes of pineapple, tangerine, and mango, as well as a mild herbal bitterness.

You can really taste the fudge! Lots of coffee as well, complimented by notes of maple syrup, molasses, vanilla, bourbon, and oak.

Damnit Founders, why the hell did you have to make these? And why are they actually kinda good? Flavors of strawberries, with hints of agave nectar, and a touch of sea salt on the finish.

Tastes like a legitimate margarita in seltzer form. Citrusy flavors of lime are complimented by notes of agave nectar and sea salt.

This actually has a ton of flavor as far as seltzers go. Grapefruit and agave nectar are the predominant flavors but I also get some apple and pear. I am so sick of everyone making seltzers (where do I put them all!), wanted to hate this, But it's good.

Lizard of Koz (2017) Booth

Missed check-in from last night. Blueberry flavor had become incredibly prominent. Had a very sweet almost lambic like quality with undertones of chocolate, bourbon, and vanilla. Worth the aging process to see how it developed.

Costumes And Karaoke Booth

Wow that has a ton of different flavors. I get ginger, licorice, and cinnamon, initially, sweet vanilla, oats, cardamom, honey, and turmeric are also apparent, I even get undertones of donuts.

Big Lushious Booth

Notes of dark chocolate and molasses initially, then comes moderately sweet, slightly tart notes of raspberries, finishes with just a touch of earthiness and a mild hint of espresso.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Booth

Oktoberfest Booth

Malts bring notes of rustic bread, biscuits, and some moderate caramel sweetness, lager yeast adds a hint of earthy spice, finishes with some mild herbal hop bitterness.

Pilsner Booth

Malts bring notes of biscuits and crackers, yeast esters provide a subtle spice, and the hops pull it all together with some subtle citrus, and moderate grassy bitterness.
