Crystal clear light golden pour with thick white head, excellent retention and lacing. Aromas are citrusy, floral, and grassy. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon, with floral undertones, and a mild grassy and piney bitterness on the back end.

Well this may not have aged well by the aroma. Aroma smells like vomit and dirt. Flavor is definitely better but still off and strange. Don't really get any grapefruit, hints of lime and agave, earthy funkiness, a strange experience.

Mahogany pour with thin khaki colored head, some retention and lacing. Aroma smells exactly like french toast. Flavor is legitimately French toast in liquified form. Toast, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, and hints of barrel character. Dessert.

Pitch black pour, minimal tan head, no retention, little lacing. Incredibly complex aromas, like a cross between stout & a fine port wine. Flavor follows the aromas. Ridiculous complex flavors, literally don't have the words to describe this. Phenomenal!

Bottled nearly a year ago. Held up fairly well all things considered. Still coffee forward, vanilla and cereal grain flavors are now more pronounced, chocolate character has faded just a bit.

There is a lot of oat flavor to this one, the malted oats create a smooth, creamy, slightly sweet backbone, hops bring juicy citrusy notes of pineapple, tangerine, and mango, as well as a mild herbal bitterness.

This actually has a ton of flavor as far as seltzers go. Grapefruit and agave nectar are the predominant flavors but I also get some apple and pear. I am so sick of everyone making seltzers (where do I put them all!), wanted to hate this, But it's good.

Missed check-in from last night. Blueberry flavor had become incredibly prominent. Had a very sweet almost lambic like quality with undertones of chocolate, bourbon, and vanilla. Worth the aging process to see how it developed.

Wow that has a ton of different flavors. I get ginger, licorice, and cinnamon, initially, sweet vanilla, oats, cardamom, honey, and turmeric are also apparent, I even get undertones of donuts.
