Fruity with a hint of citrus in the nose. Taste-wise nice and hoppy with a slight roasty finish.

Stereo Mono: Mosaic Sexton

A really nicely made IPA. Fruity with hints of mango in the nose. Pleasantly hoppy, slightly juicy on the palate with a shy earthy aftermath. Perfect can size too for a leisurely beer in the evening. Thanks Meiki S. & Nicola S. for the beer 🫶

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021 Sexton

A more acidic beer from Cantillon but very subtle ans not overwhelming on the palate. More woody in the nose and an intermezzo of barrel and grape on the palate.

Fou' Foune (2020) Sexton

Absolutely delicious 1000th beer with great company 🥰 Very nice, balanced and delicate. Yeasty and barrel in the nose yet very fine on the palate with a pleasant sour taste blended with the slightly sharp peel of apricot.

Sang Bleu (2023) Sexton

Very grapey in the nose at first before revealing a more full fruity note. On the palate it is nice and sour interspersed with tarty notes before leaving a sweetness on my tongue.

Gueuze (2023) Sexton

Another excellent blend. Woody and corky in the nose, smooth acidity on the tongue similar to white wine and grapes. Suits the sunny weather.

Lambic Chardonnay Sexton

Bottled 2021. Very subtle in the nose, followed by a nice balance of sweet- and sourness on the palate. Rather acidic in the throat.

Lou Pepe Kriek (2014) Sexton

It began with a caramelly note in the nose, on the palate it ended with a cinnamon note which put the typical lambic tartness and sourness in the background.

Rosé de Gambrinus Sexton

A nice blend of the tartness and fruitiness of a raspberry in the nose transforms into a soft and fruity beer on the palate.

Single Barrel 1-Year Lambic Sexton

Still quite sour but a nice woodiness slowly emerged.
