Beer Greek Breakfast Jonsson

Strong coffee, licorice, fisherman’s friends , cocoa and cardamom. Dry and bitter, long herbal aftertaste. I like the coffee part, but overall not my type of flavours. Good enough though.

Vigneronne (2017) Jonsson

Ripe apple, oak, green grapes, sweet cider/champagne kind of feeling. So much taste and character at only 5%, I really love this one!

Big Worst Jonsson

This one holds 14,4%. The scent is quite anonymous with some caramel, malt and fruity hops. But the taste delivers so much more, sweet, thick and almost sticky. Caramel, resin, fudge, dates, vanilla and butterscotch. This is a beer in my style, wonderful!

Spontanbeetroot Jonsson

Sour and tart. I feel the beetroot but also lingonberry which would have been my guess if blindtasted. This series usually provides more depth and taste, with this I’m not overly convinced...

Sture Spontanale Jonsson

Great sour bite, grapes, vinegar and apricot with good depth. Really nice!

Lightly sour, crisp raspberry, yeast and also quite bitter. Too light but overall alright.

Double Dippy Doo Jonsson

Grassy hops, smooth vanilla, medium bitterness and some unidentifiable fruitiness. Good IPA!

Killer Glow Jonsson

Malty and sweet with some ripe tropical fruit in the background. Fresh and I wouldn’t guess it was a 10% + beer, it goes down way to easily. Really good but not fantastic like the last TIPA:s I had from this brewery.

Winter Hexagon Jonsson

Creamy like a stout, for real! Sweet and tropical, low bitterness and no alcohol at all. Fantastic TIPA!

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Jonsson

Strong coffee, maple, vanilla and cocoa. Tastes good but it’s fades quickly. Really nice stout but my expectations were much higher.

Chocolate and raspberries in a full bodied stout. Well, I like it! Tastes way more than 7,8%!

Lots of bourbon with coffee, soy and vanilla. Thick full-bodied mouthfeel with a real taste. Personally wish for more sweetness in stout but this is good, no doubt about it.

Sweet malty scent with some alcohol impact. Of course you can sense tequila and grape as well. Tastes like a cocktail of grape and tequila with salt and sugar. Sweet and full-bodied and I should not like this but I actually do.

This was a weak edition of this series. Thin and quite tasteless with a little feeling of lager / pilsner. Sweetness and citrus are what you feel.

Limbo Blueberry Jonsson

Non-Alcoholic 8/10 - Sour blueberries with a good creamy mouthfeel for non-alcoholic. Mixes nicely with a sweet vanilla tone. Here they have succeeded well!

Limbo Yuzu Jonsson

Non-Alcoholic 7/10 - Tastes and smells very light of yuzu fruit and some cucumber. Together with the fact that the acidity is low, it becomes quite tasteless. Ok, but not the best in the series

Limbo Raspberry Jonsson

Non-Alcoholic 4/10 - Thin aroma with raspberry soda and a little acidity. Somewhat low carbon dioxide but the raspberry taste is of course there, but I think you clearly feel that it is alcohol-free and that is a minus.

Limbo Lime Jonsson

Non-Alcoholic 3/10 - Very fresh and driven by lime but I also feel a little ginger coconut. Good sour taste and it does not feel alcohol-free, which is a plus. Good!

Giant Jelly Jonsson

Heavy aroma stuffed with hops and ripe fruit, mostly peach. Lovely! Continues in exactly the same way in the taste where the alcohol gives it a nice sweetness but it does not get through. Very easy to drink and very good! Canned 18/8
