Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Bazarov

Still solid after cellaring nearly 4 years. A lot more vinous, dark fruit aroma. Drier on the palate upfront, but finishes with smooth vanilla, chocolate, coffee notes.

Melon, petrol, and dank. But of funk with nice dryness.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bazarov

Cherry with wet hay and brunt tire aroma. Tart but not harsh. The after taste is fresh cherry pie. Well done.

Cellared for 2.5+ years. Espresso and bittersweet dark chocolate more expressive.

120 Minute IPA (2020) Bazarov

7/10/20-Candied, burnt sugar and earthy. Malt sweetness to start with. Light pithy grapefruit finish.

All Day IPA Bazarov

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Bazarov

Chocolate, coffee, light bourbon. So easy on the palate with rich, maple syrup covered dark chocolate and coffee finish. Abv well hidden. Excellent balance.

120 Minute IPA (2018) Bazarov

Candied apple and apricot, caramel, rum raisin. Sweet, bourbon like followed by nice bitterness on the tongue.

Backwoods Bastard Bazarov

Bourbon, rum raisin, sweet malt. Smooth and lightly bitter to balance out the taste. Excellent.
