Heerlijk fris en hoppig. Citrus, citroengras en een aardige bitter. Voor 't mooie vind ik 'm iets te droog en grassig, wat ten koste gaat van de 'juiciness'.

Oude Geuze Boon

Batch van 2019. Prima gueuze. Funky, hooi, aards, witte druiven. Drinkt heerlijk weg.

Creamy and juicy. Lots of pineapple, mango and sweet pineapples. Pleasant resinous bitterness. 4-

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake

Very much cacao and very full. Dark earthy undertones. The dark chocolate character is fabulous, but that being said thats all this beer has to offer. Not much else to it.

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel

Not very thick stout but the coffee character is briljant. Stront, roasty, nutty and a bit sharp and tart. Smooth soft chocolate and biscuit base.

Vild BA Bordeaux

Liquid caramel, full and sticky, a bit burnt. Nice bordeaux notes. Red grapes and a subtle tartness. Very good but also very sweet.

Recipe 1000 Sauternes

Bottled 1000 days after May 2013. Smells awesome but tastes less strong. Full, dried dates and raisins, some caramel. Smooth and sweet aromas from the sauternes. Very nice sourness too, wich makes this beer quite funky. A unique experience. 4++
