Coffee nose. Lots of coffee. I was hoping for maple waffles. This is a coffee bomb and Parker the Alchemist should avoid it at all costs.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)
The nose from the barrel is stronger than that from the maple. The flavor of the barrel and maple is stronger than the fudge. The fudge is in the finish, or maybe I drank the whole bottle before writing this and just like the alliteration. 🤔🙄😏

Pumpkin and clove nose. The finish is really bitter. I don't like it at all. Doesn't taste right. Almost a metallic finish. Skipping the rating. Hopefully something is wrong (and it want like this at the brewery).
