#5 - another one from ‘the cellar’ - bottled 1/26/22 - seems a little ‘richer’ & smooth - smells like Nutella crepes - taste is nutty, chocolate and bitter coffee. Happy Repeal Day. 90th Anniversary!

cleaning out the beer fridge.. I think this is stamped 6/6/2015. It has aged surprisingly well. there’s a hint of malt but still very sweet raspberries, tartness has faded

Interesting! smells like a margarita w/ vanilla & caramel, taste is sour & tequila booze, finish is sort of malty, bready

Always a fav but have learned over the years that this doesn’t age well. Drink ‘em fresh. Bottled 8/19/22 and it’s starting to get rusty water & green pepper

Sept '21 release. Mellowing & smoothing out since last had in early October. Still lots of cinnamon & coffee cake. Great beer. Slightly thin body keeps it from elite level. Pablo the St. Bernard puppy says hello!

It's tasty. Strong hazelnut flavor. Only complaint is that the body seems very thin for KBS and the nuttiness overpowers the coffee, choc & the BA

Points for the creativity. Cherry flavored Whiskey! Liking this batch much better than the 2017 vintage which was the last time I tried it

Bottled 9/2/21 - this tastes like coffee cake or a delicious chocolate muffin for breakfast . Cinnamon is well balanced with all the other flavors. Body is just a tad thin

Tons of Chocolate Fudge in the aroma. Coffee and BB notes. Maple adds just a little sweetness and is very subtle

Last bottle from the 4 pk. BO 2/26/20. Gotta love the coffee-mocha aroma. Taste has bigger bourbon notes in this vintage.
