When Life Gives You MANGO Make Milkshake IPA! Bonne

A lil' creamsicle beer - bordering on a smoothie/pastry sour, just without all the sour. Smooth and velvety and with a gift of dairy and synthetic mango. Yum.

#13 DIPA Bonne

Clean DIPA being wholesome and friendly. Full taste, decent hoppy mouthfeel with sweet, somewhat dry, fruity notes.

Orkanens Øje Bonne

Like a sweet, caramelly syrup - with added water for drinkability. I imagine that this is what concentrated cola tastes like. If you like sugary caramel syrup with tons of mouthfeel, this is the beer for you.

Lowmotion Pink Bonne

18. December: I love being reminded once in a while of how far the beer world has come in making great non-alcoholic beers - this one here is certainly a testament to thar fact. Fruity sweetness, with a tart tang - great balance of sour and sweetness!

Suborbital Bonne

In a world of strong, intense stouts, it is incredibly nice to find a nice, mild, and quenching specimen. A nose and taste of British licorice mixed with mild roasted coffee.

Pineapple O Bonne

It do be some good pineapple candy, sour, tasty and sweet - suddenly, I am a kid again - just bald and ugly instead of small and dumb.

You Sure 'Bout That? Bonne

I am actually very sure about this - the mild fruity nose does not prepare you for the explosive grassy notes and bitter, biting and alcoholic mouthfeel - not a merciful beer, but if you're prepared, you'll learn to appreciate it!

Sovs Bonne

A reminder of the eternal torment of the world of generic IPAs that we live in. Mildly hoppy, mildly juicy and and mildly mild. Did I say this beer is mild?

Breakfast Stout Bonne

A filling meal in a glass - heavy and lasting impression of a 50% dark chocolate, kinda like dark "pålægschokolade".

Veritas Bonne

Quite heavy for a session IPA - strong hops and lasting mouthfeel would have me fooled for a stronger beer. Oh, and love the artwork from one of my favorite tattoo artists!

Oude Geuze Goût Américain Bonne

Oh, the Geuze good! Opening the bottle filled the room with a snappy tart nose - always a good sign! A sensation of slightly fermented orange peel gives the beer good funk and zest: two notes that seems to work harmoniously together.

Adambier Bonne

Don't care much for the nose, as it reminds me of old plums... But the taste is surprisingly satisfying! Dates and brown sugar ascends to a dark, intense caramelly sensation.

Obsequious Bonne

Dark, chocolate delight. Some delicate handiwork went into this, bringing out a well balanced barrel aging, that works in excellent harmony with the roasty bitterness.

Christian Bale Ale Bonne

Quite light, quite hoppy, quite crushable - brilliant beer when all you need is simple.

Spontandryhop Idaho 7 & Lemondrop Bonne

The nose clearly makes you think of hard lemon candy drops - something your grandma would love. Deceptively vinous with hidden notes of sour grapes and unripe apples underneath all that lemony tartness.

My Æbleskive Is Bigger Than Yours Brandy Barrel 2022 Bonne

24th December - I have to say, this beer is best when bottled! Enjoy the graceful nose like port wine, the palate of honeyed spices and syrupy sensation of burnt sugar and caramel. Amazing beer to end this month - cheers, and merry Christmas!

Zeusberry Bonne

22nd December - Fatty nose full of gooseberries with balanced sourness and a great bitter mouthfeel, in which the gooseberries continue to shine.

Quadzilla III Bonne

Nice and juicy, loads of juicy hops with notes of pineapple and passion fruit, with an amazing mouthfeel... Should come with a warning label, as you can drink lots of this, but you really shouldn't, as the ABV is 13%... Found that out too late.

Scour Scandinavia Spontan Seabuckthorn Bonne

A bottle full of tarty tartness is what it is. Tart nose, tart taste reminiscent of unripe berries and a tart aftertaste. Tart!

Spontanfigs Bonne

A bit boring, with average amounts sweetness and tartness - works well if you're in for an entry-level spontaneous fermented beer.

Wing Pin Series 3 - SAS Spontanfruitnelson Bonne

There's bitter notes of orange peel and a subtle finish of barrel-aging, leaving a dry sensation on your tongue. Wonderful dark amber colour and a dark, funky nose. Not bad, but not amazing.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2022) Bonne

Yim yam yummy, Geuze in my tummy.

It's Always Sunny On Fanø Bonne

Decent IPA - not much to say here. Floral, hoppy and slightly bitter, this makes for a very standard beer for when you're feeling unadventerous.

Triple Trippy Too Bonne

Most definitely a triple hop IPA, but could even be mistaken for a quad. Very full and sweet taste, which can be a tad overwhelming - and lots of booziness! To be fair, this beer may have been on the shelf a little too long, making this review unfair.

Gose To Hollywood 2.0 Bonne

Brilliant example of what To Øl Brewery can do with fruit in their beer - somehow, the sour, fruity and bitter essence of oranges appear in the beer, as if I was drinking some kind of obscure radler.

Yuzual Suspect Bonne

Crisp, salty and VERY lemony! It has a nice summer-like feel to it, but the taste does remind me of the first and last step of the famous three step tequila shot, thrown together... Perhaps this beer is nice with a shot of Mexican liquor?

Dangerously Close To Stupid Bonne

Classic flowery hoppiness and lots o' booze in this beer! Dangerous beer indeed, as it's quite chuggable on a warm summer day.

Gelateria Gelato Summer Gose Bonne

A full nose of cherries and almonds, a sweet, filling mouthfeel, a strong taste of pastry-like cherries and clingy aftertaste makes for a great alternative if you're in the mood for sorbet, but know you'd rather drink a beer - like me...

Fremtrædende duft af blåbær, men en noget vandet smag deraf - mynten klæder øllen fint, men den står meget alene, hvilket efterlader øllen en anelse uimponerende.
